Step One

Activate Your Locations

Complete the provided form above to submit an activation request for your company/companies. Upon receiving the request, we will send back a contract for the service, and then process your final materials to launch Paystub By Text to your employees.

Step Two

QR Poster(s) for Employee Registration

You will be emailed a printable poster(s) with registration instructions for your employees. This will include a QR code for them to scan and register their phone number to opt-in to receive Paystub By Text messaging. There will be ONE poster per COMPANY, so be sure to check they are distributed to the corresponding locations. These posters may be hung in break rooms, communal spaces, or even included in onboarding material. The key is to make sure employees know this is now available to them!

Once your Paystub By Text Posters are distributed to your locations, your work is done! Employees are now able to register their phone numbers and receive messaging immediately. 

FAQ

What are the fees for this service?

This service is free to the employee. However, message and data rates may apply from an employee's phone service carrier. Employers will be charged a flat rate fee of $1 per location per month (regardless of employee count).

What if an employee changes their phone number?

When an employee changes their phone number, they will have to re-register using the same QR code originally provided. They must select "Replace Old Phone Number" when prompted. Done! Their old number will no longer be contacted.

What if an employee wants to opt out?

Opting out is simple! Reply to any of our texts with the message "STOP" and our services will end for that phone number. An employee will have to re-register to receive messages again.

Can an employer use the same QR code for all locations?

Yes, as long as the locations are all under the same company. QR codes are not specific to locations.
